One idea per session.
Built for the week you're already in.

Most workshops sell you a framework and send you home to apply it. The Lunch & Learn picks one idea — usually one your week is already pushing on — and shows you how it actually plays out in the way you're built. By 12:45, you have something usable. Not aspirational. Usable.

01

One idea per session.

Each session picks a single concept — energy, communication, decision-fatigue, role architecture — and explores it in depth. No survey courses. No PowerPoint walls. One thing, done well.

02

Built for your actual week.

Topics rotate through the friction points professionals are actually living: Sunday-night dread, Monday Slack, Friday-afternoon decisions. The frame isn't theoretical — it's the week you just had.

03

Free. Forever.

There's no "first one's free" trick. The Lunch & Learn is a permanent, free, biweekly fixture. It exists because the best workshops should not be the most expensive ones.

04

Shorter than your worst meeting.

45 minutes. Take it from your desk, your kitchen, your car. No prep, no homework, no trust fall. Show up, take what's useful, leave.

"The best workshops should not be the most expensive ones. That's why this one is free, every time."

45 minutes.
Same shape every session.

The structure is predictable on purpose — predictable scaffolding lets the content breathe. Show up, settle in, leave with one specific thing to test.

0–5 min

Open with the question

A facilitator frames the day's topic as a question someone in the audience is probably already living. Sets the lens for the next 40 minutes.

5–35 min

Walk the framework

The single idea, illustrated through real-world examples and a live Blueprint read. Visual aids on screen, but the work is in the words.

35–45 min

One thing to try this week

Every Lunch & Learn closes with one specific, observable action — something you can run on yourself before the next session. Not homework. A test.

FAQ

Do I need to have taken the Blueprint to attend?

No. You can attend any session without it. But the workshops are built around physical-nature concepts — having your Blueprint results gives you the lens that makes the content actionable. Free, 10–15 minutes. Take the Blueprint →

Will the session be recorded?

No. Lunch & Learns are live only. Show up, take the idea, run it on your week. If you miss this one, the next one is two weeks away — register for that one instead.

Is this just a sales pitch for paid workshops?

No. Each session is a complete, self-contained piece of content. There's a soft mention of paid options at the end, but no high-pressure pitch and no mid-session interruptions. We sell membership by giving things away — not by interrupting them.

How do I know what topic is coming up?

Topics are announced one to two weeks in advance via email and on the Luma listing. The next several sessions are visible on the calendar above.

Can I share this with a friend or coworker?

Yes — and please. The Lunch & Learn is built to be forwarded. Send them this page or the Luma listing for the next session. It's free, every time.

I'm already a Catalyst or Resonance member. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Members use the Lunch & Learn as a biweekly anchor between the other in-person workshop sessions. There's no member-only version — same room for everyone.

What's the next step if something lands?

If you haven't taken the Blueprint, that's the next move. After that, the biweekly Live Read applies your data to your real questions. Beyond that, a Discovery Night or — if you're ready to work — Application Lab.

A free idea every other week,
in the time it takes to eat lunch.

No upsell, no homework, no bait. One HumanOp® concept every other Wednesday — applied to the week you're already living.
