Members submit what they are navigating. Wei reads what came in and applies the HumanOp® lens during the session. Not a topic vote — a translation. You write "help me figure out my career" and through the lens the session might become Energy Pool size and role architecture. You walk in with what is alive. You walk out with what the lens reveals.
Most workshops decide the topic for you. The Ask runs the other way. You submit what you are navigating through the request form in Circle. Wei reads the submissions as they come in, picks what to dive into each session, and applies the HumanOp® lens to it. You are not picking from a menu — you are shaping the room.
Two prompts: "What are you navigating?" and "What do you want from the session?" Light enough to encourage submission, specific enough to be useful. Submit anytime — between sessions, during the week, the day of.
Wei reads requests as they come in. Sometimes one member's situation lands hard enough that it becomes the whole room. Sometimes patterns recur across multiple members and Wei picks the most teachable version. Sometimes one member needs the work urgently and the room learns by watching it land.
A member writes "help me figure out my career" and through the lens the room finds Energy Pool size, role architecture, Driver alignment. A member writes "I keep getting into the same relationships" and the lens lands on Authentic Traits, what is being held versus what is being lived. The product is the translation, not the answer.
Even when the question is not yours, the work the lens does on it is the work. You will hear your patterns inside other members' situations. You will say "wait, that is my thing." That is what The Ask trains — recognizing your mechanics in someone else's presentation.
"You write a question. I read what is underneath it. That is what the room hears."
— WeiThe Ask runs on a simple submission form. As a paid member, you have access to it. Submit a request anytime — Wei reads them as they arrive and picks what to dive into each session.
Be specific. A career decision, a relationship pattern, a place where your energy keeps draining, a moment you cannot make sense of. The more concrete, the more the lens has to work with.
Teaching, coaching, group integration, hot seat? Wei adjusts the format to what you are asking for. Sometimes you want to be seen. Sometimes you want the lens turned on the situation, not on you. Both are valid.
The submission form is members-only. If you want to be in the room where your real question gets the lens applied to it, membership is the door →
Members only. Opens to your Circle-connected form.
The Ask is member-led — you submit, Wei translates. Deep Dive is Wei-led — Wei reads themes across the membership and brings the lens. Same time, same depth, different direction. Together they fill the weekly Wednesday slot, so members get a member-only workshop every single week.
The Ask is built around member situations and the HumanOp® lens applied to them. Start with the free Open Room on Thursday nights if you're new. And if you haven't taken your Blueprint yet, it's free and takes 15 minutes — it's the data that makes the translation possible.
Members reserve in Circle or on Luma. The Ask alternates with Deep Dive every Wednesday — the calendar below shows both. Submit your request through the form above so Wei can read it before the session.
Sessions are recorded for members. The recording lands in the Circle community within 24 hours. If your question is picked, attending live is high-leverage.
Some sessions Wei works one member's question deeply. Some sessions Wei works two or three. Some sessions Wei finds a theme across multiple submissions and works that. Submission is what gets your situation in front of Wei — selection is what Wei does with what came in. Even when Wei does not pick your question for the deep work, the lens applied to someone else's situation is often the answer to yours.
Come anyway. About half of any given The Ask room shows up without a submitted request and learns from the work the lens does on other members. The room rewards listening as much as it rewards submission.
Office hours are individual. The Ask is the room. You submit so the room can do the work — not so you can have a private 1:1 in public. Members say the most valuable thing about The Ask is seeing the lens land on someone else's situation and recognizing it in their own. That happens only in a room.
You control what gets named in the room. The form lets you flag what you are comfortable sharing publicly versus what you want the lens applied to without naming. If you want a piece of work done in private, that is what 1:1 with Wei is for (Quantum tier) — The Ask is the public-by-consent version.
Sessions are recorded for members. The recording lands in Circle within 24 hours. If your question is picked, attending live is high-leverage — the lens lands best when the person it is landing on is in the room. But you will not miss it if life happens.
Member-only, every other Wednesday, in-person + Zoom. Submit what is alive. Walk out with what the lens reveals.
