Then you do not need a membership. The Open Room is free for everyone, every Thursday night. Membership unlocks the weekly Wednesday Member Workshop (Deep Dive and The Ask) plus deeper one-on-one and async access to Wei. Many members started with months of Open Rooms before joining.
Yes. You can move from Catalyst to Resonance, or Resonance to Quantum, at any time. The 8-seat cap on Quantum means there is sometimes a waitlist — but the upgrade path is built in.
No. Every flagship workshop (Open Room, Deep Dive, The Ask) is hybrid — in-person in Cupertino plus Zoom. Members attend equally from both. The L&L and Live Read are virtual-only.
Resonance is the tier where Wei knows your data and remembers it across sessions — priority on The Ask queue, async written Q&A, a quarterly 30-minute check-in. Quantum is the tier where Wei is in a strategic partnership with you for the year — monthly 60-minute 1:1, an annual half-day intensive applied to your team or family or business, plus a permanent plus-one for your partner or cofounder. Resonance gives you sustained presence with Wei. Quantum gives you a working partner for the year.
